The here presented photographs were taken within a PhD-scholarship supervised by Prof. T. Tscharntke and Dr. I. Steffan-Dewenter at the Institute of Agroecology, Goettingen University (title: "Insect-Insect and Insect-Plant interactions and Biodiversity on differently managed, cacao-dominated agroforestry systems").

All research activities were funded by the Deutsche Forschungs Gemeinschaft (DFG) through the multidisciplinary Indonesian-German research project SFB-552 STORMA (Stability Of Rainforest Margins) which is coordinated by the Goettingen University (GAUG, Germany), Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB Indonesia), Kassel University (UNIKAS, Germany) and Universitas Tadulako (UNTAD, Indonesia).

All the identifications as presented on the website, are made by Akhmad Rizali, IPB Bogor, Indonesia. All collecting, pictures and label information by Merijn Bos.
